A word of sanity to my community its leaders

I feel highly dejected, sad and hesitant to pronounce and proclaim that whole of my community is gifted with wisdom, a sharp intelligence to carve a place of commanding respect and better understanding of the situations. This seems all unviable, deceitful and moonshine. We claim to be highly educated and knowledgeable, but we lack wisdom in its application. Since 1947 we have been bearing all sort of atrocities, Jube, pocketing insult and yet silently bearing all humiliations and suffocations. We have been exclusively blaming and claiming right from beginning that anti National, anti K.P.'s forces & Govts. Of State & Center of time to time were only responsible for our woes, wounds, veiling and violations, but we either ignored or failed to go for introspection of our community to find out the reality, reasons and the truth that we are also responsible for our woes, wounds and violations. Truth can never be compromised, although it can benefit a few in short term but over all it harms the community in long term.
As regards our weaknesses, I declared recently on September 14 2009, on the day of Balidaan Divas at Jantar Manter, New Delhi, the root cause of our instability is our own nature, negative & selfish mentality, individualistic attitude, egoistic way of behaviour and unclean mind set. We have been watching minutely a phenomenal change of events emerging in our community that some Organizations and Associations claiming themselves as a representative bodies to plead the community cause, had either gone in hibernation for long or were engaged in establishing supremacy oVer the other, passing uncivilized war of words, settling personal scores, raising unsubstantiated allegations, charges and counter charges on each other.
We never tasted and availed opportunity of togetherness ideologically and other ways to discuss, debate and to fight genuinely demands for viable solution of K.P problems. The disunity of our recognized, sincere and socially oriented organizations gave chance to selfish and self style Organizations & Associations to play the dirty and selfish politics ignoring the community interest, who have no end to their diabolical acts and actions, besides, remaining always engaged with their myopic opportunist politics for their financial, political and other favors. They are always interested in disunity, to create mess and infighting to achieve their objective at the cost to debase the community collectively. They are very much ready to bargain our community at the wholesale rate and engaged in befooling the innocent community people by their wrong policies. They have created such a mess that the sufferers and commoners of the community have lost the sense of logic and judgement. We are at cross roads and have become masters of mudslinging.
I feel, we must now learn a lesson of unity in all forms which mainly include unity of ideology and action and should raise above the petty and narrow out look. We must stop & disassociate from those who put forward contradictory demands which are harmful to our future generation as well as to all of us. I believe our concern should be concern of general masses. We must avoid inside and out side leg pulling or race of showing supremacy over the others & also develop level of tolerance to listen and digest others. We must not develop habit of running away from the real and genuine issues of the community. We must adopt fool proof policy and strategy to follow and must not deviate from our original stand, aim and objective. We must out rightly condemn Jingoism and Cohesiveness in the spirit of accommodating each other has to be a "Mantra".
My suggestion to whole leadership is if we really want to do something for the community then natural desire of the community is seek its roots, to preserve its identity, assert its historical, political and legal rights should be on our top and joint agenda. Wiser and opinion makers of the community advise and advocate that we have now to reconstruct ourselves, our lives and our community in a new environment and a new milieu. We have to get out of "Me", "Mine" syndrome and learn to say "we", "our" and "us" mode of thinking. There is no room for emotions in the present system, only facts and evidences counts. Therefore, we must shun crumbling, complaining and criticizing with out any reason to create confusion within victim community.
It is need of the time to think intelligently with cool mind and to change our mind set to deal with the crucial situation. In politics there is no friend no foe, therefore, we must adopt "No friend no foe" policy to achieve our short term as well as long term objectives. We are at the receiving end and while keeping in view the present situation and policy of State and Centre Government, it is need of the time to change our strategies to achieve our goal as we have to deal with slumbering administration at one hand and Jehadi Savagery on the other side. Besides, we are facing negative reactions of unabashed and week politicians of the centre and state government.
Our's is sordid tale of total neglect which is also partly outcome of our mushroom growth of selfish and self styled organizations and associations who speak in different tunes. Govt. is in delirium to who's they should hear or talk and become also an excuse for them to ignore, sensing our disunity and lack of united decision. The bickering and infighting within organizations and its leaders have resulted that we are unheard, uncared, ignored and treating community of no consequences.
Now, we the sufferers & commoners of the community have a message to convey our so called leaders, organizations and associations to allow only suffered, sincere, selfless and socially oriented leaders and organizations to speak and represent the community. Hence we suggest to selfish and self styled leaders, organizations and associations to close up their political shops.
At the same time actual Leadership of the Community has to wake up and act wisely. They must not move a head in haste as regards to any sensitive issue related to displace community without consulting and debating with community people, otherwise they would not forgive them. As regards recent formation of an Apex committee of K.P's by the Govt. I am of the opinion that this Apex Committee is not acceptable to us if it has been formed to facilitate or help to take displaced K.P's back to their villages and Mohallas in the valley under prevailing situations. However we have no hesitation to discuss employment package without any condition, Shrine Bill, increase of Relief and other burning issues of the community. Also a-fresh High Power K.P Committee needs to be formed by the Govt. with sincere intention to discuss and decide resettlement of displaced KP Community at "a specific piece of land with free flow of Indian constitution" in the valley to allow this community to live peacefully to contribute for the progress and unity of the nation. I again strongly support to employment package for K.P unemployed youths without any condition to be got implemented urgently. "Let good sense prevail up on us alE to follow righteous path of purposeful living in a hussle free environment with peace, love and tranquility. Let God give us courage to fight together to achieve our main objective".
