"For me, Mann Ki Baat' is not a programme, it's a matter of faith, of worship or 'vrat (fasting). Like when people go to worship God, they bring along "Prasad". For me, 'Mann Ki Baat' is like "Prasad" at the feet of God in the form of the masses the people," he added. "The people whom we mention in 'Mann Ki Baat' is all our heroes who have made this programme come alive," he said, speaking to some of them. The Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY), launched by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs is another beneficiary scheme for the poor sections of the people of India which was propagated by Modi Ji through his "Man Ki Baat" broadcast. It is an important step towards ensuring that people from all sections of society have access to affordable housing. The scheme aims to cater to the housing needs of underprivileged sections, such as economically weaker sections (EWS) and low-income groups (LIG), who often face financial difficulties in acquiring housing. The PMAY's ultimate objective is to ensure that "Housing for All" becomes a reality by 2023.

During the 100th episode, it is reminded here about the telephonic conversation Modi Ji had with some people who were featured earlier on the broadcast for their unique initiatives. The programme played a role in promoting a sense of dialogue where citizens feel empowered to express their views and opinions on issues that matter to them. This has helped foster a sense of collective responsibility and ownership among citizens, which is essential for building a strong and prosperous nation. "Mann Ki Baat" has made a significant contribution towards promoting citizen engagement and participation in nation-building activities. No other programme in the past has had such a significant impact on public minds as Mann Ki Baat.
