Separatists are deceiving Kashmiri masses No Indian territory can go to Pakistan

 

AIl the Kashmir political parties have, all  together, gone the Hurriyat way, which on the daily basis, nail and bash India and wants to disintegrate the nation We will never forget the way these Kashmir-centric parties have shown solidarity against nationalists of the state which include Annuities, Ladakis, Kashmin Pandits and others How the senior National Conference (NC) legislator Mohammed Akbar Lone raised "Pakistan Zindabad" slogans in the Assembly house at Jammu itself at the time when an operation to flush out Jaish militants from the Sunjuwan Army camp in Jammu was in progress. The other day the remarks of the then Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti attempted to weaken the Indian position in Jammu and Kashmir and her remarks, were the biggest "anti-national act These pro-Pak Kashmir leaders seek proof of surgical and air strikes in PoK and Pakistan. They describe the Pak Prime Minister as a statesman. They are not ready to believe that over 40 CRPF personnel were martyred in a fidayeen attack on the national highway passing through the Pulwama district. They threaten to break Jammu and Kashmir from the Indian domain if Article 35A and Article 370 are repealed. They keep questioning accession; they demand a separate Prime Minister for Jammu and Kashmir, they object to colonies for ex-servicemen even if all the dwellers there would be Muslims. These oppose one-place settlement of the Kashmiri Pandits in the valley. They describe the Indian army as the occupational force; they question the measures for ensuring the safe journey of soldiers drawn from all parts of the country to defend the nation in the Valley from Pakistan and its marauders, they raise Pakistan Zindabad slogans in the Legislative Assembly, they are tax violators; they raise tails as long as concessions keep flowing to them, they do all that terrorists and separatists do without taking up the arms. These Kashmir-centric leaders have never told their beloved Mujahids and heroes' not to go for any misadventure against security and armed forces that could lead to various problems to the people in the Valley as well as to the whole nation. They have actually lost their representative character and are, now, getting into Parliament with less than eight per cent votes, which exposes their public acceptance. They enjoy the loaves of power for nothing, but once they are out of power, it is difficult to differentiate them and separatists.

Both these so-called Kashmir-centric leaders and separatists are running an enterprise and milking New Delhi with renewed strategies. They have a unique convergence despite pretentious divergence when it comes to nailing India. Most of the hearts in both these camps bleed for Pakistan. When separatists could galvanise or coerce the entire population to rally around them to castigate India, the Indian system and Indian forces, why not these so-called 'mainstream political parties in the valley even attempted to motivate their so-called mass base for standing against the cult of violence that has traumatised and brutalised their land of peace for over two and half decades. In fact, they are more interested in destabilising Kashmir and its peace, which is beneficial for their political survival. If separatists have a motivation to bash India and support Pakistan, the mainstream parties are playing the dual game of musical chairs When in power, they are seemingly for India and once out of it, anti-India rants become their rock song In fact, these so-called mainstream political parties in the valley become more vocal and vociferous than the secessionists and take even dangerous overtures by jumping all the demarcation lines.

These So-called Kashmir-centric secular leaders in the valley knows it fully that it was Pakistan which created mess in Kashmir by violating an agreement and attacking the state of J&K on October 22,1947, which forced India to take this issue to the United Nations, where it was registered as "Kashmir Question" on January 1, 1948, but not a dispute between India and Pakistan, which has not been digested by Pakistan and submitted a written request to United Nations to change its term "KASHMIR QUESTION in to KASHMIR DISPUTE as Pakistan wanted to make it a territorial dispute. The request of Pakistan was turned down by the United Nations and registered it as" INDIA AND PAKISTAN QUESTION" but not a territorial dispute between the two countries Again on Jan 5, 1949, Pakistan blocked option of independence to people of J&K in the Security Council resolution moved by pro-Azadi people of Kashmir She (Pakistan) only advocated annexing Kashmir with Pakistan after rejecting the proposed option of independence to Kashmir Hence interfering in this matter by the so-called mainstream leaders and Kashmir separatists and others, like Mahabooba, Farooq, Geelani, Yaseen, Shabir Shah and others, is illegal, unjustified andviolation of the United Nations ruling over Kashmir. 

The most important thing is, that the India-Pak problem over Kashmir in the UN has been declared as an outdated issue and has been filed in the cold storage of the United Nations Hence, Kashmir is integral part of the Indian nation and is neither debatable nor negotiable.

Its accession to India is full and final .

It is also a fact that the J&K issue was settled way back on October 26, 1947, when Maharaja Hari Singh, the sole authority, merged his state with India in accordance with the provisions of the Indian Independence Act of 1947 But more than that, J&K was not part of British India, which was to be divided to create Muslim Pakistan, J&K was one of the 560-odd princely states whose rulers alone had the authority to decide the fate of their respective states.

These so-called mainstream leaders of the valley, like Mehbooba, Farouq and others, want PM Narendra Modi to hand over J&K to Pakistan just on the ground that it is a Muslim majority region. That can never happen. No government, in India, can give even an inch of land to Pakistan and this can be seen from the fact that one of the election planks of all the political parties, across the nation. And, then, Jammu and Ladakh, which constitute 89 per cent of the state's land area and house over 50 per cent of the state's population, are also there. The world knows what the people of Jammu and Ladakh and Kashmir Pandits stand for.

The fact of the matter is that these desperate and defeated leaders and others are just beating about the bush and raking up the settled Kashmir issue for nothing and supporting Pakistan and exploiting the people of Kashmir on irrelevant issues.

Unfortunately, Indian leadership is not understanding the double stand and fundamentalist psyche of these so-called Kashmir centric political parties like NC and PDP It is the appropriate time to ban the NC and PDP like JEI and JKLF and arrest their leaders and that will be in the interest of the country and peace and progress of the Kashmir valley
