We hope that our community celebrated "Navch on 30 March 2025 the beginning of the Pump and show. Navreh holde significant cultural, spiritual and religious importance of the community A large number of devotees from our community gathered at the sacred shrine Hari Parvat at Angangpur Faridabad to celebrate the holy occasion of Navreh on 30 March 2025 to seek divine blessings of the Goddess. There the atmosphere was filled with devotion, faith and spiritual energy. The gathering served as a beautiful reminder of our shared traditions, cultural heritage and unwavering faith KSD President Shri Sumeer Chrungoo alongwith some of his Executive members paid their respects at the holy site, joined the community in prayers and rituals Their presence added to the sanctity of the event and was deeply appreciated by all ttendees. Kashmiri Hindu Association Rohini Kashmiri Hindu Association Rohmi (Regd) performed Annual Hawan on 15 and 16 March 2025. The Hawan started on 15 March "KALASH POOJA marks the start of the spiritual observance. The Hawan continued throughout the night, accompanied by the melodious chanting of Bhajans and Sholoaks created a serene and sacred atmosphere. The ceremony was conducted with great devotion and enthusiasm. The Prashad was distributed to the participants at 2 pm marking the culmination of the ceremony. The event was attended by several prominent members of the community Induding the women folk. The presence made the occasion memorable. Kashmiri Hindu Association held get together to celeltrate langtryi at Japanese Pack Rohini on March 31, 2025. The participation of our community women both young and old from Rotini and around areas gathered and highlighted the importance of community and the tradition. The event was vibrant and enjoyed joyfully by all those who were present Admission in Delhi University for the Academic Session 2025-2026 Shri T.N. Gurtoo, Secretary Education (KSD), approached Delhi University on February 25, 2025, regarding concessions for the wards of Kashmiri Migrants Consequently, Prof. Haneet Gandhi, Dean (Admissions), University of Delhi, issued the Bulletin of Information for undergraduate admissions under supernumerary seats for the Academic Year 2025-2026 Reservation of Kashmiri Migrants (KM): 1. All the wards (sons/daughters) of Kashmiri Migrants who wish to be considered for admission to various undergraduate programs of the University have to register online as per the schedule notified by the University. 2. Up to 5% seats are reserved program-wise in all colleges for the wards of Kashmiri Migrants. 3. All the wards of Kashmiri Migrants will have to upload a certificate of registration as Kashmiri Migrants issued by the concerned SDMs of Delhi/Relief Commissioner, Jammu. Admission of wards of Kashmiri Migrants will be based on cut- offs to be announced by the Colleges. A concession of maximum 10% in the last cut- off marks fixed for unreserved category candidates shall be extended to the Kashmiri Migrants. Reservation under this category is not available in programs where admission is based me entrance tests. Admission in Kendriya Vidyalayas for the Session 2025-2026 The K.V. Sangathan, 15, Instituturul Area Shaheed Jeet Singh Marg, New Detho-110016 (HQ) has d the guidelines tor admins in Kendriya Vidyalayas during the Academa Session (2025-26 onwardy with regard to the admission of wards of Kashmiri Migrants Accordingly, the following concessiore are given for admission of wants of Kashmiri migrants in Kendriya Vidyalayas (1) Extension of date of adminikom by 30 days. (2) Relaxation in cut-off percentage, so as to be equal to that applicable for SC/ST students subject to minimum eligibility requiremста 3) Admission to be over and above the clans strength.
