 Construction of Kashmir Bhawan The construction work of the Kashmir Bhawan is progressing steadily, even amidst the challenges posted by the ongoing heat wave and the unprecedented rise in temperatures. Despite these adverse weather conditions, the on-site teams have continued their efforts with dedication and resilience. Currently, the laying of stones on the flooring and staircases is being carried out smoothly, with precision and attention to quality. The work is moving forward as per the planned schedule and the visible progress reflects the commitment of the team involved. In addition to the flooring. preparations are underway to commence the plumbing work in the near future. Necessary materials and resources are being arranged to ensure that this next phase is initiated without delay.

 The KSD team is actively monitoring and coordinating the significant progress being made in the internal development phase of the building. Regular assessments and supervision are helping to maintain the momentum of work and uphold the standards expected of this important project 5

Education Kashmiri migrant student are required to submit a migrant certificate at the time of applying for admission to higher technical Institutions and other courses. Those who have not yet obtained the migrant certificate are requested to approach the KSD office to obtain the recommendation letter addressed to the concerned SDMs, for the issuance of the migrant certificate. This will enable the students to avail themselves of admission opportunities in Various institutions across the country.

Relief The revised order issued by the Revenue Authorities and published in the last issue of Koshur Samachar clearly states that the nancial support including arrears shall be pleased to the individuals within the family whose Aadhar cards have been submitted. Accordingly the beneficiaries are now approaching to the concerned SDMS and submitting their documents. KSD relief team through regular engagement with Revenue authorities are trying to urge the Revenue authorities to adopt the same procedure that is currently followed by Jammu & Kashmir administration in Jammu So that the relief holders are not deprived from the payments in Delhi/NCR
