Govt Forms Committee To Vet Tablet Specifications For Teachers Under Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan

The Jammu and Kashmir Government has constituted a Technical Appraisal Committee (TAC) to finalize the specifications of tablets to be procured for teachers under the Samagra Shiksha Abhiyan.
According to an order issued by the General Administration Department, the committee will be headed by Mr. Jaskaran Singh Modi, State Informatics Officer, NIC J&K, with members from the Government College of Engineering and Technology, IT Department, and SeMT.
The panel has been tasked to submit its report to the Information Technology Department within 15 days, recommending specifications and ensuring compliance with all rules and guidelines laid down by the government.
